Immediate response within 30 minutes, and a discount code given even though my product was out of RMA. Incredibly impressed with customer support, and the product itself is of good quality having lasted 5 years!

Had an issue with a purchased product through Amazon. They were able to resolve the issue for me quickly and effectively. Will buy from them again.

The Glorious Team The support team was very helpful, they responded to my support request in less than an hour, which is something I like, and they even answered all my questions very quickly, helping me find the solution to fix my glorious mouse problem.

They are great! The mice are good and the prices are very good. I got my model o 3 years ago and it just now broke and even though its not under waranty they still gave a discount to another product. Customer service is great!

Support was relatively quick and nice when it came to responding and they successfully solved my issue but regarding the actual product and software its actually pretty bad and i find it hard to recommend for that reason alone

During an time when it’s almost expected to receive at most, delayed/zero response from a company’s service and support group, the team at Gloriousgaming has decided to stand behind their products and in a display even more rare, decide to actually care about the customers. The team responsible for support has gone above in beyond in every way. Thank you for the quick and thoughtful responses to questions and for humanizing the situation again. I sincerely appreciate it.
