I had some issue in firmware update of Glorious keyboard. I just wrote an email to the Glorious support team and was surprised to find their support representative giving all support in a professional and friendly manner. Great work guy! Keep up the good work!

Their support came in clutch. There was an error w/ my custom build, and it wasn't caught until after a flash sale had ended. Despite this, they responded at the crack of dawn by allowing me to totally redo the order and apply the discount anyways. Quick, glorious service!
