Glo MelaninReviews of glomelanin.com

Top notch customer service. A little kindness goes a long way. When I tell you GloMelanin goes above and beyond that is putting it lightly. I had little hiccup in an order and it was remedied in lightning ⚡️ speed. Thank you so much to Janina for exceptional customer service all the way. Oh and let me not forget to praise the products!!! Blemishes that prescriptions couldn’t clear, GONE!!!!!!! You’ll be a happy camper too. Run and get the Glo💛💜💛

I have been a Glo Melanin customer for a while and I truly love their products. I recently submitted an email to customer support for information on two products that I did not see on the website. I received a follow up email the next day from Elyka with the information that I requested. She had great customer service skills and was very helpful.

Elyka was tentative, responsive, and really excelled at providing customer service to me beyond my expectation. Promote her!

Purchased on 11/21/25. Still no update. USPS still hasn’t received the items. Try to email the customer service team and get an automatic response that the team isn’t available on weekends…but it’s a Wednesday. Have sent emails before with the same result. Non responsive. First impression of this company…do better. Failing to deliver accurate turn around times, non responsive customer service, charges that I haven’t authorized and automatically enrolling customers into paid subscriptions to purchase 1 item and receive RIDICULOUS amounts of promo emails. This owner will not be around long and certainly may be involved in future lawsuits. Save your $ and save yourself stress/worry and shop elsewhere.

The products are amazing! The customer service experience is concerning. They’re very eager to deduct the subscription amount automatically each month. It’s worth the money, but if I canceled, I want to be canceled! It was a confusing process because they offered a bundle of these amazing products for a ridiculously low price, but in buying those products, you are agreeing to another subscription. Well, the first one had not canceled this led to the cost being deducted twice in one month. Customer service is only available by email. Which is irritating, but I understand it’s cost-effective. They did make it right and refund my money. But every time you buy a product from them directly you incur a new subscription! If you make a bundle purchase assume that there’s gonna be a subscription. I think it’s a worthwhile process (despite being a pain in the ass process) because the products are so amazing! I have scarring from skin grafts on my face, chest and arms. The products have made an amazing difference in the discoloration, the texture and ability to hold moisture everywhere! I’ll continue to buy and support this product and use it consistently! Their next expansion in this line of amazing products would be to develop a sunscreen to protect the skin (and my phenomenal results)! It should be noted that these products make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Skin that has been damaged in any way is already susceptible to scarring and discoloration from sun exposure. It would be amazing if there were a sunscreen offered specifically to compliment these products. That’s a suggestion for Glo Melanin. (I want a commission or gratuity for my suggestion!) That would be the total package! A sunscreen specifically for facial use and an all over moisturizer and sunscreen for the body would be ideal! I’ll buy your products because I’m in love with the results. Even with the scars I go out without make up and my skin is glowing! I’ll soon turn 66 years old and my skin is in amazing condition even with the scars and skin grafts! Glo Melanin, get your business model and customer service together please? I’ll be looking for my check and the products I suggested, okay? LOL Peace and blessings to you Glo Melanin! Contact me directly if you’d like to see my results. But I’ll need a commission to put myself out there full face with my scarring and skin grafts! I think I’m worth it; so I’m not just going to send in my pics without a gratuity! :) This was the best money ever spent on products for my skin care. You will NOT regret the results of the products!

This product doesn't work and they fail to tell you, that you are subscribing to them for $14.99/month. I didn't sign up for that and I am still waiting on my refund. Wouldn't recommend this company or product.

Straight up thieves. Charged me $84 for products that were returned to them by the post office. They don’t respond to emails, complaints to their Shopify account, or social media. Their customer service is non- existent. I’ll be filing complaints everywhere and will go to small claims court. It’s now about the principle. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE AMATEUR BUSINESS OWNERS WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DON’T DELIVER!

I've really dark inner thighs. I brought the item last month used it for about 2 weeks I haven’t seen an immediate result but I did a subscription purchase so I'm going to be using it again I really like the way it lathers up on your complexion leaving it with a smooth finish. The only problem I've was with how much comes in container but that’s not really a big issue. But overall the item was fantastic.
