Well first off I ordered a product it was ok. Then I noticed my account was being charged for products that I didn’t receive. When I asked they said I signed up for a subscription. I didn’t purchase the membership and why would I for trying a product for the first time. I was told I couldn’t get a refund for the last 6 months. However, I caught it in time and was refunded $14.00 for December. Then finally they told me I have a store credit of $104.00. So I am good with that. When asked how to claim the credit I was given all these different links and no response has been provided. I’m still waiting it’s been about 3 weeks now.

Hey, Sheila! Thank you for taking the time to share this and for walking through what happened. We’re glad the December charge was refunded and that your store credit was applied, but we’re sorry to hear there’s still confusion around how to use it. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. We’d really like to get this fully sorted out. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the email used on your account, and our team will personally help you apply your store credit right away. Additionally, we also requested some information from you here, and see if we could get this resolved for you. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right. Our goal is always to make you feel taken care of, and we hope we can turn this into a much better experience for you.

I ordered from Glo Melanin on 12/1/25 and still have not received my order. Wondering if this company is a scam. Very disappointed because I am trying to support Black owned 😢

I became a member with a monthly fee, and I wasn’t aware of it until I saw a payment had been paid from my account. My first reaction was to close the account, because I thought I was a victim of fraud. I decided to contact your company and explain the situation. Your company canceled my membership the very next day without any drama. I may take you up on the offer to knowingly become a member in the future once I have time to see if your product meets my needs. Thanks!

Glad it was all sorted out! Our team will be here if you needed any help, Cheryl!

I recently placed an order with Glo Melanin, and reached out since it was a while since I gotten an update on my order. Elyka from Glo Melanin helped me and was wonderful throughout the process. Unfortunately part of my order was out of stock, but she provided me some options and was super responsive. I truly appreciate Elyka’s support and she made this experience a great one!
