Elyka was amazing and really showed empathy when helping me with my recent order. My order was tainted with and product was missing but Elyka assured me that the situation would resolved quickly and efficiently and she did just that! Thank you so much Elyka for all your help and care!

Yes 5 stars!!! The product is definitely made of quality material, my skin is soft, smooth and shiny, but unfortunately the dark spots still here ( I have a serious hyperpigmentation problem, I keep trying until one day I will get to the bottom of it ) but I would like to say thank you for the great customer service that this company offers, I spoke with Elyka a few times and she helped me during the entire process, she was very kind and supportive, I will definitely refer Glo Melanin to friends.

I'm truly grateful for finding these products because after my mid 30's I felt betrayed by my skin. I always had clear skin up until around 35 so I was lost for what to do when I started getting acne scars. I'm pleased with the progress so much I became a VIP member. Thank you all and keep up the development of products for us melanin rich sisters!

Elyka was great. I got the help that I needed quickly and efficiently. Elyka gave me a positive attitude and was extremely helpful. Thanks Elyka!

Elyka fixed my online order when I had trouble getting the offer at the end of my first order due to fraud prevention from my credit union. She emailed me back and took care of it efficiently! Thanks Elyka!

I had an excellent experience with customer service at Glo Melanin. Elyka went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue where my order didn’t arrive. She was professional, responsive, and truly showed that she cares about the customers. It’s rare to come across service like this—Elyka handled everything smoothly and made sure I was taken care of. Glo Melanin clearly values their customers, and it shows through team members like her. Highly appreciated!

I love the idea and the results. My skin has never looked so good. Thank you.

Started using the bar soap a few days ago and already my stubborn hyperpigmentation spot has almost faded. This bar soap is a game changer and the best product I have ever tried. I will definitely buy more of these bar soaps. Two thumbs up👍👍
