Great customer service and wonderful product

I didn't receive the usual email stating Shipped along with the tracking # but when I enquired about this Glocusent's response was quick and informative.

The representative I spoke to was helpful and the part I needed arrived promptly.

The upgraded LED neck Light I got is wonderful, but getting it here was a bit of a stressor. I was not informed it had been shipped when it showed up at my door. Costumer service had told me that I should receive an email that it shipped, but that email never came when they said it would. I only received the email the day after the product arrived. So I was unable to track my package or even know it was on its way. The product is great. The light is great and I am thrilled with it. The light's features all work. Nothing came broken. The box came in good shape. The light levels are different enough that I find each one useful. I don't foresee myself using anything but the yellow light, since that's why I bought this product. It's nice to have light options, though.

I lost the charging cord for my neck light. I ordered a new one and it was sent right away. Thank you.

I haven't been seeing very well for close work in the evenings. The rest of the family doesn't want bright light, so the glocusent over-the-neck light is perfect for me. Reasonably priced, arrived quickly, and meets my needs perfectly. Thank you very much.
