The items arrived but the description did not say they were dependent on a usb c connector. We thought they were just plugged into an electric socket. They might have been fine if they just plugged into the wall socket.

The upgraded LED neck Light I got is wonderful, but getting it here was a bit of a stressor. I was not informed it had been shipped when it showed up at my door. Costumer service had told me that I should receive an email that it shipped, but that email never came when they said it would. I only received the email the day after the product arrived. So I was unable to track my package or even know it was on its way. The product is great. The light is great and I am thrilled with it. The light's features all work. Nothing came broken. The box came in good shape. The light levels are different enough that I find each one useful. I don't foresee myself using anything but the yellow light, since that's why I bought this product. It's nice to have light options, though.

Because I like the design, I was hoping this product would work out better than it actually did.

I emailed the company twice and no one answered me. I did place an order, I received an email at seven at night that it had been shipped. But it was already delivered at 3 o’clock that afternoon
