I ordered two items off their website then was told they didn’t have two in stock so I reordered one and again they didn’t have it in stock even though the website did not say Out of Stock. There were other items on the website that said Out of Stock. Poorly managed website but they were quick to refund my money.

Service could not have been better, and it was prompt also.

I misplaced (lost) the cord for my neck light, and ordered a replacement cord. A manager contacted me by email to say that they didn't have any in my country but that they would look after it… about a week later, I received a whole new unit! I have had the Glocusent neck light for a few years and it is a great product. I use it for my knitting.

I really like your product. I was never able to make those clip on lights work, so for me the neck light is far superior. My only minor critique is I wonder if there could be a "lock" setting so that you can't accidentally turn on the lights on when you're not using them. It happened to me a couple of times early on and I am much more careful now. The buttons that control the lights are very sensitive. Also note that it requires a USB-C cord to recharge, and not just any one either, it has to be compatible. I had to order one because I lost the one that came with it, and I assumed it was just the regular android charger. It's not. But despite these nitpicks I think it's great. Highly recommend. I've had it for a few weeks. It's really nice to be able to read a book in the dark sometimes and not always be beholden to the smart phone. There are six different light settings as well. I tend to use the most dim ones but it's fun to play around with. Also if you're into design and technology it's just a nice piece of tech, very sleekly designed. It wraps around the neck perfectly and the arms are quite flexible.

After a week, product hasn't shipped and have gotten no information on the status despite sending a customer service email to them.

The product is absolutely great. The customer service stinks. No one answers phone or text. As long as it charges ( which it does not always do ) your ok. There is no customer service. Buyer Beware!!! You have been warned.
