Hotel does not specify when cancellation is no longer possible, but it would not let me cancel 1 day after booking when it demanded that I provide a full front and back copy of my credit card, id, and provide an unlimited and indisputable authorization to charge any amounts to my card for a period up to 90 days from my stay- charges which the authorization notes can be in excess of $500. They will not let me check in without fulfilling this illegal request and refuse to refund my prepaid amount. Do not book this lodging.

I had an awful experience. I made a booking for a 1 bedroom apartment. On the day of check in they made me call a number to upload an id. We were in the middle of a move and I had my passport on me. They refused to accept a valid passport and would only accept my drivers license which I did not have me. Then they wanted me to sign a new lease agreement. This agreement had a no pet clause and we had specifically wanted a rental that accepted pets. Then they said if we used my husband’s drivers license as our id, we would need to use a difference credit card agreement. This literally took hours of back and forth phone calls with the billing department who needed to talk to management etc. at the peak of our frustration we asked them to cancel the reservation and then said it was non refundable. The customer service was appalling.

We booked a stay for November 03-04. We were in the Midtown Atlanta location. Upon arrival we were given a key to an ALREADY OCCUPIED UNIT. I was then told that I had to call the company I Booked with. Then the apartment had no heat & the key would not work. It took them over 2 hours to fix the AC Unit & figure out why the key didn't work. We arrived @ 3:30PM and it was 8:00 o'clock before we could finally try & settle in & lock the door. These people are a Disgrace to the Business World. How can they be allowed to have a Business license to operate ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS!! They do NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE TRIP CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!! The concept behind Global Luxury Apartments is a great concept but THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO EXECUTE IT. ANY BUSINESSES THAT MAY READ REVIEWS TAKE THIS CONCEPT OF GLOBAL LUXURY APARTMENTS AND RUN WITH IT!! ONLY ENSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE IS TOP TIER AND YOUR COMPANY WILL LAST GENERATIONS TO COME!! BUT TO THE CUSTOMERS RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND DONT LOOK BACK!!

We rented three rooms and were not able to get access. (Nashville) The 24/7 “emergency” service was nonexistent. We ended up having to scramble and book elsewhere last minute in order to have a reliable place to sleep. The (full size) bed and the (nonexistent) sofa bed were not as described. The only thing good about this place is the location, but good luck getting into the apartments. It was such a nightmare we ended up booking at local hotels and paying there as well and now we are trying to get our money back from global luxury suites which seems to be impossible, even though they did not provide the service as described. Do not be swayed by their beautiful pictures. It’s not worth the hassle by any stretch of the imagination we spent hours trying to get into our rooms. The Renaissance is at a wonderful location and is worth a couple of extra bucks

Wordt experience ever. I booked through airbb and thought It comes with free parking but then after the booking they said no you must pay 15 per day. No transparency at all It is deceiving. Then I was like ok thats fine send me the form to authorize parking and they ghosted on me until the last min causing me not being able to park in the garage for the day.

Stay away! Stayed in white plains NY. The building had an awful odor as the apartment they called luxury! There was a plastic glove stick to shower wall. I called immediately to check out, no responses. I had to stay for the week, $3000 later. I r been calling everyday for 3 weeks to get some $ back! It’s a joke. Stay away! This building is far from luxury.

This company lacks integrity and I warn all consumers to stay away. We were looking for a short term rental for our son. After reserving a location in DC through Global Luxury Suites, I read some of the reviews of the property and they were very poor. We cancelled our reservation within hours, but we were required to pay their 30% fee! More than $5000 for something we never used and was more than 30 days away. When I tried to call to explain what happened they had no interest in listening or any accommodation. DO NOT do business with GLS.

This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had. I booked my stay with the virtual card version of my regular credit card (for safety reasons) and spent days going back and forth with their billing people via email because apparently they don't accept virtual cards (even though they definitely charged me the full amount). I then tried to change it to the number of the physical card and they charged me the full amount again. When I tried calling on Friday at 2pm PT, their billing people were gone, but she said they'll call me the next day. Well, it's the next day and I can't reach anyone. I've called multiple times, keep getting sent to a voicemail, and the rude lady even hung up on me when I told her to stop speaking over me and connect me to a living human. Do not book with these people.
