Deceptive advertising has led me to report your "bait and switch" tactics to the North Carolina State Attorney General's office. You advertised a 25% discount on purchases of over $600. I attempted to complete a $1200 transaction and was denied any discounts. And you made NO effort to rectify the problem. I will NEVER do business with your firm again.

Sold me the wrong club. Pictures are not the same as the item you’ll receive. Then you’ll be charged for shipping and only get store credit, no refunds! Such rubbish!!! Bait and switch.

I placed an order online on saturday. They took the money out of my account and then sunday it was cancelled. Once i called customer service they said it looked like fraud and the system cancelled my order. I was told to place the order again but use a different method of payment. I still haven't received my money back. Do not use GLOBALGOLF.

When I ordered my club certified pre owned, it was supposed to come with a head cover but it never came. Customer service is very short and unprofessional. Not expected. I am very dissatisfied. I expected more from global golf. I will not be spending any more money with them.

they take your money quickly, but then, by returning the item for a refund, they drag their feet for many many days on end. if i ever get my refund, i will never buy from them again. very poor customer service. never again.

I have been buying golf equipment from Global Golf for more than a decade. Apparently the company was recently purchased by World Wide Golf. The result has been catastrophic. From lost orders to horrible customer service, the experience with them has deteriorated drastically. They don't respond to your email inquiries, will not return your call if you leave them a message, and you will wait in excess of 30 minutes on the line to speak to a customer service representative. I will start buying elsewhere from this point forward.

Received a 3 wood with cracks that were hidden by a sticker. Have uploaded pictures to customer service and called 3x. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more is terrible. I asked for a full refund and am returning the club since no one was able to see if there was another one available. I will not be buying from Global Golf again.

They need to get better customer service. Tried calling numerous times for 2 weeks never got anybody to answer. Left my phone number and no call back. Bought clubs on Utry and never got deposit back. I won’t give up. Going to call BBB again to see if they can help. Wish I wouldn’t have bought o Utry. It’s a scam.
