All you have to do is scroll down and see some of the reviews. Customer service is a joke. I paid for overnight shipping and it’s been a couple days and no one knows where it is. There are so many other reputable used golf equipment companies out there. Global Golf is very frustrating to deal with.

I should have checked the ratings before buying from this online retailer. I purchased a custom Ping Le4 women’s driver and fairway wood. The website described the club as “standard” length but did not clearly disclose the actual length . When the driver arrived, it appeared substantially longer than expected and the "-.5 from standard" led to an unplayable club. More concerning than the lack of transparency regarding the club-length was the unprofessional customer service. Despite multiple interactions, I have received neither a definitive approval nor a clear resolution. Promises to return calls or email follow-up have never been fulfilled. I would have expected the representatives to a be a little more nimble in offering exchanges or some level of store credit.

Fantastic! I have used Global Golf for club purchases in the past. Mainly as they accept Affirm monthly payments (yes golf clubs are stupidly expensive) and their service is stellar! Great trade in values the turnaround time is amazing. Three or four days and the club is in your hands! Trade ins are a no brainer as they email you the prepaid shipping label and you are good to go. Response was great, used my trade in for a premium product snd no hassles. Golftown could take a lesson for these guys. Treat your customers well and watch what happens! Thanks Globalgolf!!!!

I've always been satisfied in past purchases however, I returned a driver and it was signed for over a week ago and I have yet to receive any credit in my account. I called the store, no help. I called customer service, again no help. I doubt I'll be doing any business with them in the future.

Excellent selection of used clubs. Even the excellent condition used are basically brand new prior gen clubs. If you want to save a lot of money for new clubs that are a year or two old this is the place.

Bait and switch promotions. Always says “up to 40% off”, then all you get is 10% off. There isn’t ever anything for 40% off. They lie, and bait you in.

Worst customer service. Paid 500$ for Very good condition driver Taylordmade that had only launched 4months prior, 10 months later the face pops out (known issue), they wouldn't do anything and said sorry, after 90days your 500$ could explode and it wouldn't be covered.

7 Days after FedEx confirmed Global Golf received my trade-in, the Global Golf website still says "shipped". They are just not the same company they were a year or so ago. Not sure if the company was sold, but it's hard to do business with them now. Customer service (if you get through) can do NOTHING to help you.
