We would like to kindly clarify that, as already mentioned in the email sent by our team, the company was formed with both partners, as reflected in the incorporation documents. Each partner holds the ownership percentage you chose during the process, ensuring equality in the ownership structure and management of the LLC. We emphasize that designating only one partner as the Responsible Party is a standard requirement and does not affect the ownership level or the roles of both partners in the company. Regarding the emails sent to the other partner, we would like to point out that the primary contact registered during the company formation process was his. As a result, all communications are automatically sent to that address. If you wish to update the primary contact, we are happy to make this change. We have already sent a response to the partners’ email with more details and are available to address any additional questions during the already scheduled meeting.
