i first have to honestly say that my discrepencies were solved in the end, but they were significant enough to be mentioned in a review. i ordered glasses and recieved them 8 days later, but they had ink stains all over them so i had to send them back. trying to get ahold of the office was almost impossible, it took me a week. i would be on hold for 40 mins and then the call would just disconnect. this happened about 4 different times. then when i finally talked to someone the company's phone wasnt working so i tried calling multiple times on different phones and it was the same problem where the persons voice cut in and out. finally i got the proper paperwork, and after they recieved the glasses back it took 3 weeks to process and make new glasses. not a big deal, except when they never came. i checked the tracking number and the glasses were never recieved by the post office. i emailed several times and was told different things everytime. its wrong to tell someone that they will recieve something within 1 day that hasnt even been shipped. it took 2 months after me sending them back and them making the glasses just for me to get the glasses, but the worst part about the whole thing was trying to email and not getting any response sometimes, and being told so many different things that weren't true. in the end they gave me 10% back(or so they say, i havent seen it yet) and an apology. so it took a total of 3 months and a huge hassel, so it just wasnt worth it.

There was a delay in my order however I always go quick replys from the help desk.

I received my glasses a few day ago and I absolutely love them. They fit well and I can see clearly out of them. You did a bang up job, thanks you a lot.

My son started his first job as a lifegaurd and needed prescription sunglasses, which I normally could not afford. I found this website and ordered him a pair. He loves them! He now wears them on the way to school while riding his bike as well. He says he sees much better with the prescription sunglasses helping him ride his bike. If they look cool enough for a teenager they are good. Thank you!

I ordered 4 pair of glasses. Loved 2 pair and still working on returning 2 pair. Having some issues with the return. Not as easy of a process as the website makes it sound. Lots of questions and a daunting process. Hope to have it taken care of soon.

The glasses I ordered came just as advertised; the tinting was as dark as one could expect. The prescription was prepared accurately. Since I have a small child who tends to steal and/or destroy my glasses, Global is a lifesaver in keeping me supplied with good quality glasses at amazing prices.
