i got my sunglasses and i love them

More training of person/s performing customer service duties. I, e-mailed you 3 times to follow-up my item but did not get an answer. I have to call your office just to get an answer.

i ordered five pair of eyes and enjoy them all. I am so glad I found your web site. I wish you can view the glasses by size as well. my order included all three sizes to see what looks best, now that I like the medium and large. I would like to sort out the small. The site my do that but I didnt find it.

I got exactly what I ordered, and couldn't be happy with my new sunglasses. The prescription is correct, and there's nothing wrong with them at all. I was a little shocked at how long it took for the glasses to arrive. I ordered them on May 4th, and they didn't arrive until May 25th. But for the price, I can't complain too much at all.

I have ordered from global eyeglasses before, so I needed some new prescription sunglasses and I received them and they are lopsided. I can't wear them because I need them for driving and everything is unbalanced. So I called them and they said that before I can return them they need pictures of them. So i sent the pictures and have not heard from them. I can't wear these glasses driving, I will get dizzy and crash!

I did'nt like the fact that when I called about my package I could'nt reach anyone. I sent an email about my glasses and had to wait awhile for a response. It also took longer than I thought it would for my glasses to get here. I ordered some glasses from another company on the same day and ordered more from them and I got that package back faster than the one I ordered from you guys.

The glasses arrived much sooner than expected. When I saw them I realized how the photos on the website did not do them justice. They are fantastic and although I was a little bit leery about ordering online - the prescription was perfect.

Very confusing to reach someone and get answers. My glasses broke and I returned them, they repaired them for an additional cost for polycarbon lens, the frame arm broke and I returned them, they charged me $39 for a new frame. I now have my glasses and pray they stay in one piece.
