The price was right, the glasses look good and are of high quality. Ordering was easy. Delivery was a little slow....about 3-4 weeks after ordering, but worth the wait.

Ordered sunglasses, received plain plastic instead of tinted glass. Asked to pay for return shipping fee.

Eyeglasses were received and seem to be exactly as ordered. I ordered the waveform progressives. Frames are light and comfortable and seem quite sturdy. Service took over 3 weeks, however. Customer service was very prompt and helpful when I inquired about the order status. But I would have preferred quicker service.

I am very happy with the glasses. They fit very well and the script is excellent. The only problem that I had this time was that delivery was a little slow. It appears that the address on the outside of the package was a little unclear and difficult to read. This made it difficult for the transport company to deliver

The lenses on my sunglasses are much much thicker than I expected. I'm comparing them to the regular glasses I have with the same prescription. So I see no reason to have upgraded to the higher lens package. The frames are also a little larger than I pictured using your simulator, but not too far off. I'll just be using these glasses as a backup primarily.

I have order two pair of glasses in the past three months. The first pair was sunglasses. They were lost in the mail. When I notified the company, the representative ordered a new pair for me plus gave me a 50% discount on that pair plus a 25% discount on the next pair. My second order arrived without any problems. My family and friends have complemented me on both pairs and asked for the company's name and website. I was happy to provide it to them! Thank you for the great products and service!

Low-priced glasses that are decent to use. Took a little bit longer to arrive than I thought they would (over a week) but other than that, no complaints. I'd probably use them again.
