Even though one pair got lost and was untrackable with USPS, Global Eyewear managed to find them and get them to me. So far I have ordered 5 pairs of glasses from them over the last couple of years and they have provided nothing below excellence and they do take their time to question your prescription if they see something on it isn't right or they just have a question. I would recommend them highly to anyone needed eye glasses. Their cost, quality and customer service simply cannot be beat and this is my personal experience.

I have bought many glasses through Global Eyeglasses. I have liked the glasses and the price, but the time I had to wait for delivery (which is much longer than what I was told - yet again from customer service). This time when I ordered I asked how long it would take to get them, and it took again much longer than what I was told. Customer service and shipping are a big issue with this company. Why they shipped four pair of glasses in 4 different boxes taking over three weeks to arrive is not adequate customer service at this day and age! I live in the SAME state as the company and to take over three weeks get her is inexcusable.

Very nice customer service but gave me a run around for more than a week abou t my order. When I finally received my order I think my prescription was ofc because I didnt see very well. No again. I rather spend more with the local bisiness.

For this particular purchase I requested a discount offer, the offer didn't load to my order. Jennelyn replied to my emailed question and applied the discount for me, great work Jennelyn.

I am very pleased with the glasses. They were structured well and I was able to see out of them. The only concerned I had was that two pair of them was not the correct color I ordered. If I could get what I ordered, I would be Very Happy!
