Terrible. Glidelif stopped working after a couple of months of low use, they insisted on various videos of this, then said they don't refund or replace anything, but here's 10% code off to buy another! No thanks. Insta-scam unfortunately.

Don’t order from this company. The massager is very cheap and pretty useless. Their return policy almost non existent. They make it very hard to return the product claiming is for hygiene purposes, even though the accessories are sealed. After they ask for videos. How convenient to force people in keeping your useless product. I wish I knew. I m gonna get my refund. This is outrageous Update: Again in your reply you are just confirming what I said bothers me about your return policy. Your manager was informed that the product is not used. She claimed that was the reason I cannot returned it. Because of hygiene reason. But is sealed. Also I told her that I don’t like how slow turned on/off. Why you need videos? Don’t you know your own products? She also say my world is not enough. It bothers me how you as a company, in order to avoid returnes, are making it difficult for the customers to return it. All the companies I bought from are sending return labels and inspect the product before refund it. Not going back and forth with the buyer hoping he will give up. Your product is not good quality or efficient and your customer service is all about you, not the costumer.

Poor quality product selling at high price. Battery only 10 min. Ordered multi beauty wand. You don’t even feel the soft brush is actually exfoliating. Message tool. It works so slow. Only used it once. Send a email to return no response yet. I have been in tour with you via emails and you don’t seem to resolving the issue, I have charged battery 5/6 hrs I tried the device 2 time getting same results 9/10 min max it works and after that the does. Regarding your point in battery cut off time is auto after 10 min, I don’t this is the case because I have tried reswitch the device again it doesn’t work so basically battery life is only 10 min. Imagine someone wants to use it for exfoliation first then message how does that all fit in 10 min. Basically you guys are misleading people by selling a low quality product. Numerous emails and pointless question asked, have you charged your battery 4/5 hrs etc send us pic videos the most irrelevant question battery cut off time which doesn’t even apply to this device as it only works for 9/10 min. Now dragging me via emails but not refunding my money
