I checked your email conversation with our manager Lily and couldn’t see any mention of a skin reaction there, so it’s surprising to read about it here — we wish you had told us earlier so we could try to help right away. Our return policy is clearly explained on our website: because the device and massage head are personal hygiene products, by law we’re not allowed to take back used items and send them to another customer — just like you wouldn’t be able to return an electric toothbrush after using it. We have not been able to find your order in our system based on the information in this review, so we cannot check your specific device or order details. Our device does both vibrate and rotate, depending on the selected mode, exactly as shown in our official videos and description. If it only vibrates, this usually means the vibration mode is activated instead of the rotation mode, as explained in the user manual.
