We manufacture many different product lines, so having one supplier with a good range of glass and closures has been super helpful. It makes sourcing a lot easier, and we’ve been able to find options that work well across different products without having to piece everything together from multiple vendors.

Glassnow has been absolutely incredible to work with. As we develop our fragrance house and prepare for production, choosing the right glass manufacturer has been one of the most important decisions we’ve had to make, and our experience with Glassnow has exceeded our expectations. The quality of their glass is outstanding. Their vessels feel substantial, beautifully made, and genuinely appropriate for a luxury product. We ultimately chose their Lexington Round Glass for our candles, and it has exactly the quality and presence we were searching for. What has impressed us just as much, however, is the level of customer service. Every interaction has been professional, helpful, patient, and genuinely personable. Dana in particular has been wonderful to work with and has made us feel that our business matters, even while we are still in the development stages of our company. That kind of service is increasingly difficult to find. These people seem to be constantly out of supplies each and everytime I order or attempt to order. You're name is literally "Glass Now", but on the most recent visit to their website looking for heavy glass candle tumblers, clicking on every product showed an "available" date of months out: October 1st, November 20th, etc. If you have no product to sell, change the damn or just close your company until you're ready to be a grown up, responsible and trustworthy business. I'll never do another order with them.

While individual styles, sizes, or colors can temporarily sell out, particularly during periods of high or seasonal demand, this is not representative of our overall inventory. When an item is sold out, we intentionally display the anticipated restock date on our website rather than simply showing it as unavailable. This gives customers greater visibility into incoming inventory and the ability to plan accordingly. For customers with recurring, seasonal, or higher-volume needs, we also offer pre-orders that allow incoming inventory to be reserved in advance. Our team can also help identify comparable in-stock alternatives when a particular vessel is temporarily unavailable. Matthew Law and Marcus Godwin gave amazing customer service recently! There was a cosmetic design recently with the recycled glass container that they shared with me. Before sending an order my companies way-they sent out a sample of said container-along with options for me to see if I wanted to order something different.
