GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

Ordering glasses online, especially progressives, was not something I thought would work well. It did! All parts of placing an order online were surprising easy. My prescription was questioned because it is a bit unusual which to me shows the concern by the company to make things correctly. They came in perfect condition, fit well and shipping was faster than expected. Also the price was great!

I have had nothing but horrible luck with this company. They do not honor their 365 guarantee. I was wearing the glasses ON MY FACE when the frames cracked and lens fell out only 2 months after purchasing them. They offered to send me new frames, which they did however my lenses do not fit them & and I had to pay for them. So now they want me to pay for another pair. That would make me paying for this one pair of glasses 3 times as now they want to charge me again to remake them. The glasses are cheap! they are willing to loose a customer over $25. When I stated okay I will just have to find another glasses company. Their response was okay thank you. Wow~!!!!!!! , IT IS THE PRINICPAL they state they have a satisfaction guarantee. they do not!!!!! ****UPDATE TO MY REVIEW**** So after I posted my review I was contacted by Glasses Shop and told that they would replace my glasses at no cost. THANK YOU! This is what I had requested in the first place. I am a little annoyed that it took me placing a bad review to get them to honor their policy, but they did. Which is why I went from 1 to 3 stars. I have had them now for 3 days so hopefully they will last longer than 2 months this time. Thank you for stepping up and doing what you said you would do. I have ordered over 5 pairs of glasses with them so I am pleased I do not have to find another company to order from now. The other pairs of glasses I have ordered have been exactly what they are supposed to be and I am happy with them.

Easy to reorder Glasses for our special needs daughter. Our daughter breaks her glasses quite often. I have found these glasses EXTREMELY durable, however intentionally stepping on glasses usually breaks them. I order another pair, they are here within 10 days or less. I can't complain. I am truly grateful I found the Glasses Shop. The quality is good, the price is great and they give great discounts.

There is no prescription on these glasses. I should have bi-focals on the bottom for reading. I can see no better with these glasses than if I were wearing none. It's all a blur. Why was I asked to include the Rx numbers if they were not going to be adhered to?

I happened to order from a different glasses company and was very disappointed. I had ordered a pair of glasses from Glassesshop a few years ago and thought I’d try them again. Boy am I glad I did!! I am so happy with my new glasses! The frames are stylish and durable as well as the lenses made correctly! I needed progressive bifocals so that tends to be tricky. My glasses were made perfectly and they look fantastic on! I am beyond happy! The cost was more than 1/2 off what the optometrist shop wanted. Excellent company!!

I love the glasses My script had a big change and GS communicated with me to make sure it is right they fit very well and I’m wanting to order another pair

Great customer service, awesome prices and great selection of frames. Shipping and delivery was fast. Love it.

Make sure that you have your prescription and various coupon ready! I suggest to take advantage of their BOGO deal. Those frame a bit more expensive but if you got two you are better off. The deal for SMS and other coupons are also good and the customer service are great.
