GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

Glassesshop had a great variety of frames--at a very low price. I was able to quickly enter my prescription (for transition lens) and choose a sunglass option that matched well with the frames. All of this for less than $100 (after the coupon). The glasses were delivered in about a week and only had to make minor adjustments to the ear pieces. I paid three times this much--with insurance--for glasses a a local shop.

This is my second pair of glasses within 3 years.Great excellent service, definitely will recommend it.

I’ve had a great experience with GlassesShop. They completely understood my problem with the wrong prescription given me and immediately took care of the problem. I had the privilege of talking to Mandy. She was wonderful. I’m going to continue ordering from your company. My husband has been ordering for you for quite sometime now. I have recommended your company to most of my friends already. Thank you very much

Order does not arrive in the said business days. They FALSE ADVERTISE that. It takes over 2 months!! (I suspect these are made outside the US-China?-, shipped to a facility in the US, then shipped to you from there. If you have a problem with your glasses (Blurry Lenses), they make you pay for the shipping. Zenni's gives you a free return shipping label and free re-ship the correct glasses. I only know this because my husband and I ordered glasses from them, and they did that--unlike glassesshop. They were HORRIBLE at helping me when there was a problem. Absolutely no customer loyalty. Will never order from them again. (Ordered 2 x too much)

Great quality. Fast shipping.

I ordered these glasses one week before I went on vacation. They arrived while I was out of town. I returned home on 6/10/25 and tried them on. The fit is good and they look great!

I’ve been ordering glasses from GlassesShop for a few years and I’ve always been completely satisfied with the service and the glasses. My most recent order was processed and delivered within 2 weeks! And, the glasses are perfect.

I’m not very happy with my experience. My frame broke just a month after the warranty expired, and I was told to buy a new pair and swap the lenses—but it wasn’t an easy swap. The new frame didn’t match the original specs, and now my vision feels off and almost disorienting. Instead of a simple fix, I’m being told to go to an eye doctor, which means more time and money just to correct something that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. **I did contact customer service. Not very much help other than to see an eye doctor to fix this problem.
