Third pair of glasses so far. First two were great, but the third pair was not. Called customer service and they made it right. Sent me a new pair and asked me to donate the ones that didn't not work. Can't asked for anymore than that. Keep up the good work.

First time buying glasses online and I already did my second purchase of prescription sunglasses. So easy and they fit better than my glasses from an eye doctor. Will definitely continue getting glasses here and the prices are great! I also liked being able to pick out 5 pair I wanted to try to see how they looked. I lost, or thought I lost my only prescription sunglasses on an extended trip. I was lucky enough to get on glassesshop when there was a bogo going on. I ordered two pair and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my glasses arrived. I wish everything important that I ordered was shipped so quickly. The price was fantastic too!
