This is the fourth time I've ordered from glassesshop.com. The prices are very fair and the selections are abundant. I'm in love with my new glasses!

Purchased glasses two months ago. Frames are cracking and peeling. Their one year warranty on frames is you can purchase the frame for 1/2 price and put the lenses in yourself. Going back to Zenni After this review, they offered to send new frames at no cost (I have to put the lenses in) or a new pair at what they said is 50% off - $95. I paid $105. Update - new frame was sent, I had the lenses put in as I was not comfortable doing so. New frames are now peeling and cracking in the same spots as the last frames. GlassesShop is not answering my email.

I don’t have or use a computer, I just plunder through on my phone. Things didn’t seem to work well for me and didn’t seem intuitive. I could finally get something working and settled for a pair that would work, but not what I may have chosen if I could easily navigate the website. Don’t feel bad, I had a worse time, and gave up on another website.

Good experience. I love the glasses and the customer support went above and beyond by calling me to confirm my order. The only thing I am not happy with is the glasses barely darken at all in the brightest of sunlight so I can’t really use them outside in the sun.

I love this company! I made a big mistake on my first order & customer service was amazing. Quick to reply & completely fixed my issue. The glasses are great quality & fit so well. This company lets you filter sizes which is an absolute must for my narrow face. Without that filter I have to check all the measurements myself which is tedious & I end up leaving the site.
