It takes them forever to get your glasses to you. From what they tell me, 10 days to make them and 20 days to ship them. That's just insane.

I love the GlassesShop. They are excellent to work with. I received my glasses in a very timely manner and they are perfect. Pricing is great. I've now become a glasses snob and have 3 pairs from them.

The ordering process was relatively easy. The product is lower in quality than I expected but good for the price.

I really appreciate the attention to detail that they have in pointing out errors or questionable data in the prescription (for me it was the PD numbers). I'm been satisfied with the quality of the glasses and the pricing seems fair (especially compared to physical retail stores). My only complaint is that shipping seems to be slower than advertised. It often (in my two experiences with them) takes them longer to get the shipment mailed than the estimate they advertise for the type of glasses. I'm fine with the shipment method (US mail) itself.
