Wish i I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Received my glasses today and can’t see out of any of them. Should have known when they held up my order due to my prescription. I have ordered glasses from Zenni I and can see out of all of them, but something is off with the lenses on all 3 pair from Glassesshop. I have read several reviews that say getting them to admit to an error is impossible. And reading their replies to reviews show me they don’t take customers concerns seriously. Disappointed I can’t wear these. But learned an expensive lesson. Here is their canned reply to all reviews I have read. “ We are sorry to hear that we have failed to let you have a pleasant shopping experience. We have taken your feedback seriously and hope your problem have been solved already. Sorry again.” I know this is a manufacturing issue and should be refunded, but I have a feeling it will be a case of she said they said. 😢🙁 In response to the reply below there were no attempts by your company to contact me by email. The only emails from your company were the emails indicating my order had shipped.

Would like More variety of frames especially half frames. I like the Glasses but never ordered lenses. Frames are Durable....this is my second order. Site easy to navigate and clear on how long it will take. They arrive in a sturdy box with glass cleaner material. Excellent service so I bestow 4.5 stars.🤗 Thank you GlassesShop for lower prices and seasonal sales. 😄. Shop here first. 🙂

First of all, you're asking me before I even received my glasses so you lose points there. Secondly, I looked into the policy on the chance that I may have purchased the wrong size and your policy is far from customer-friendly: Pay to return, Pay to ship the second pair pay pay pay. I tried you guys and before I even have my glasses I regret it, as the site I normally purchase from gives a 14-day FREE trial and return policy. You know, just in case they don't fit or look right, because we are buying glasses online. Putting an image of glasses on my picture is not 100% accurate as to how they may look when they are actually on my face
