There were a lot of glasses to choose from, but the online photos were a bit deceptive. I ordered a first pair and they were not as expected. Online they looked brown tortoise, and when I got them they were a bright orange tortoise. I look terriblein orange. They were very responsive about my issue and granted me a full credit to get a new pair. When ordering the new pair I also got a deal buy one get one. So that was a bonus. When they arrive they were of good quality and looked nice. But the prescription seems off. I have the exact same prescription and putting the new ones on, upset my eyes and gave me a headache. I mentioned this to support, but they said since I used a credit that there was nothing for them to do. So I just left it alone. Overall, I think someone could be happy with there glasses and the company seems legit, but I have 3 glasses for the price of one that I won't be able to wear. So thats unfortunate.

Fast service great prices

For the amount of money I paid, I did not expect the frames to be so flimsy. It was my first purchase with the company and would probably not return. The time to receive the package in the mail was also a good long minute but again, not what I expected.

I had never tried an online site for glasses before but wanted to try a company other than the one I have been using for years. I was impressed with your site and the vitual Try On feature. The 360 view was awkward because when I removed my glasses I couldn't see the image of the selected frame very well. That was the problem I always had when tried on different frames at the store I have been using also. But the image upload feature worked well. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised by the workmanship and accuracy of the prescription. Great Job! I'll will be using your services again.

New script, very happy with how my glasses turned out. Bought 2 pair. The ones are fantastic, the other I don't like at all. But I'm overall happy with the price point
