I would not recommend this company. My arm fell off my glasses before the 30 day warranty was even done. I got a hold of them through email and left them a message on VM. They finally responded saying they were gonna send me a new pair. Got my new pair yesterday they weren’t even my prescription to my glasses. I can’t even see. I just want to refund. Reply to comment- you sent frames with some one else’s prescription so that’s not how it works. I want a refund and a shipping label to send all glasses back. Or going to the Bbb!

Ordering glasses was easy. I got my glasses and they look great. I did reach to customer service because I forgot to add transition lenses to my glasses. They responded quickly and gave me a great option to fix the problem. Positive experience overall.

I would not buy don’t do refunds only exchanges. I bought a pair that I don’t like just to big on my face. An asked to cancel order before they shipped would not cancel but u don’t have to show a script to order from here.

No customer service at all Take this as a warning Do not buy from them!!!! Their products are cheap and not well made And they wont take your return Terrible experience

It was very easy to navigate the website. The glasses are of high quality and a great price.

I had accidentally turned in an order for two pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription. When I realized it, I sent their Customer Service Department an email asking them to correct my order with the new prescription I had enclosed. They did it immediately with no hassle, and they filled my order very promptly. Love my glasses!
