The transaction was smooth and received my order on time. Now, to my glasses. I love the two glasses I bought. I like that I got to use the virtual try on, so I can get a sense of what they would like in person. And it worked just fine because I’m not returning my glasses. I like that I got a couple of pair of very stylish glasses for a very good price. I would consider buying from here again.

I absolutely love the frames but I can't see anything out of the lenses. I am not sure what they did because I put down exactly what was on my script from the glasses I am wearing now from the eye doctor. I ordered two pair of glasses. One regular pair and one pair of sunglasses. Angela Branam

Trying on glasses virtually was a good experience. However, the quality of the frames and the pricing is HORRIBLE. I can’t believe I paid over $80 for cheap plastic. They look like metal, but just touching them, you know they are made of very cheap plastic. I’m afraid to even wear them. They feel and sound very fragile. And if they didn’t come from China and the shipping I’m sure is very expensive also, I would send them back for a full refund in a heartbeat. I will not buy from you again, nor will I refer anyone.

Dear Tommie, Sorry for the inconvenience. The frame you chose was made of metal and acetate instead of plastic. Our customer service will help with your replacement, please check out your mailbox or spam folder later. Sorry again.

GlassesShop is a great store. Their glasses are good and true to prescription. The frames look the way that you expect them to based on what you can see online. The preview with an uploaded photo is really helpful. And they have great customer service too!
