By far my favorite glasses. Never ordered glasses online before and I’ll never go back to getting them at the eye doctor. Glasses were delivered within 2 weeks tops. Perfect quality.

Just purchased 3 pair of glasses. I can't say enough good things about them. Prescription was perfect; thank you doctor... frames look extremely expensive but were very reasonably priced, (thank you GlassesShop!) The quality of how exact you were able to fill my prescription is just amazing! And... the price... I repeat! THE PRICE... As I left the doctors. office an elderly couple were selecting 2 pairs of glasses. They were quoted $750.00!!! I paid a total of $150.00 for all three pair of my wonderful glasses. Just can't say enough about the quality and cost of my wonderful glasses!

Tried to order glasses using the promo code they sent. Only AFTER charging my card did they say my order no longer qualified for their special. I spent 15 minutes on the phone before they sent me to voicemail and I have been waiting for a human on chat for over an hour. I even tried email. No one seems to be working today. (It's Thursday)

Beautiful frames. Great deal with bogo. Love my glasses.

They are great! Glasses are super nice! Great Customer services.

Great prices and styles, they really have a site that takes you to the glasses you want at a price you want.

My reading glasses I purchased are very stylish and the prescription was done correctly. Frames are slightly delicate; but, for the price, they will do nicely.

Terrible. Terrible customer service. I’d give 0 stars if I could. They don’t care about the customer at all. I’ve been (and still am) going back n forth with someone on their end and they refuse to fix the issue that THEY made on their end. I ordered a single pair of prescription glasses and when I received them they were too small. I emailed them with the issue and they sent me a diagram and told me they only came in one size. The frame width , bridge and lens width were BIGGER than what sizes fit my face specifically and they don’t fit, that means they should be too big and loose on me. They were too small and when I ask whoever I’m speaking with to explain to me how they’re too small yet the numbers are larger than what I even need, they continue to beat around the bush and not answer. They only do half of what you paid returns or store credit where “each 100pts equals 1 dollar” which is bull. They only do full returns if it’s a manufacturer issue and in my case it is and they refuse to accept that. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I’m getting spun in circles and beat around the bush. Whoever I’m speaking to knows they’re in the wrong cause ultimately if the frames are bigger than what I even need, how do they not fit? 0/5 ⭐️s
