GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

Glasses are amazing! Ordering was easy and they shipped quickly. I received them in time for vacation. Even though these were supposed to be my back up pair, I wear them everyday.

Everything went well with my purchase and delivery. I think for the money I paid it was a good deal. I like my frames and they fit well and look great! I like my new look. Thanks and I'm looking for a deep discount after this Steeler review, just kidding. Great deal and good service.

Thay arrived on time n better thin expected could b a lil darker on the transitional lenses but good quality

I ordered two pair of glasses from GlassesShop. They were single vision and had the photo-sensitive lenses (that get darker in the sun). It cost me about $175 total, which is amazing, as I am used to paying more than that for one pair of glasses. The glasses came within about 2 weeks and are very nicely made. I am pleased with my purchase!

Fast efficient and well constructed.

Good place to shop for glasses

Do not BUY Here ! I have had a horrendous experience with this company 1) They lie about being a US company . They have a sham Michigan address but I have the read Chinese address of this company - Their whole operation is China based - Their worksman ship/ customer service / factory are all in China. They lied about being US based and give the impression of having a US based operation 2) My eye glasses package got delivered after 5 weeks after being lost before. 3) Terrible Terrible Quality ! - The frames do not look at all like the pictures. The quality is worse than a dollar store frame. They are super cheap and tacky material and do not even sit straight on the face. A dollarstore or Walmart frames are 100 % better than these frames 4) I unfortunately paid extra to upgrade my lenses and they are horrendous ! They are not even the right prescription ! within 5 minutes of wearing them I am getting headaches and intense pressure in head. I have two other set of glasses from a reputed store and never do I have these symptoms. 5) Worst customer service. These scammers will try anything to not give you a refund ! They are scamming by selling you product which are of such poor quality and not even worth $ 5 and they will then refuse to issue you a refund. I spoke to my bank and got them BLACKLISTED. They have had numerous complaints about these guys at VISA. *Update* - July 11 - You are lying . You do not ship with USPS, you are shipping from China and the package was never submitted ! I have the proof of tracking and also the shipping address in China where it was shipped from ! Do not make it sound like it is shipped from US. Secondly, your customer service does not reply ! I have been requesting my refund for more than a week and no reply

I was skeptical. My glasses are great! They fit well. They look great. Progressive lens are great!
