Nice frame but not adjustable, so they don't fit and bifocals can't see out of. None useable waste of money

They cancelled my order and would not refund me. They say they "talked" to me, which they did not. The international customer service department actually argued with me saying they spoke to me and I cancelled it. As if I would NOT know if I spoke to someone?

I love glassesshop.com! I ordered two glasses from them and received them sooner than expected. I made an error on my prescription page and didn't even know it till I put on the glasses and couldn't see a thing. I contacted customer service and after emailing them my original script they found the problem (my mistake.) They offered to remake my glasses again and made the whole process smooth and less stressful. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs glasses.

I recently was looking for new glasses, I was shopping all the stores who sold on the internet, and I came across Glasses Shop, I saw that they had a Promo for a coupon code to get a free pair, so I selected a sweet pair of aviators that were priced already ridiculously cheap, and used the promo code which only made me pay the shipping cost, they are not only a solid pair of glasses, but there made strong with nice material and a awesome design.
