UPDATE: Customer service reached out and promptly fixed the situation. After having the issue resolved so quickly after this review I defiantly recommend this company as they value their customers. Glasses arrived messed up. I contacted customer service and they said they would send a replacement pair and I would receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. I never received a confirmation email and the company never took care of the issue. I am just forced to dispute the charge at this point since the company will not fix the issue.

I've tried multiple sites to purchase glasses, by far this has been the worse. Bought a pair and got them, I was not satisfied as to how cheap they were compared to all off the competition. Also the the frame broke today with me not even having the frames for a week.

Ok update - I apparently incorrectly measured my pd…so the info i provided was incorrect. But even though it was my error glassesshop graciously fixed|redid my glasses. They are an awesome company and I would absolutely order from them again. Making sure the information I gave them is accurate. I love the frames they are beautiful!! Price was absolutely the best. Easy to use website. But lens don’t seem to be correct sight is very blurry and seems to cause headaches. I would not order glasses online again.

Had to redo/replace glasses due to new, additional factors and it was done with no questions asked, no extra charges other than shipping (5.95), and with a pretty quick turnaround. Am quite pleased and grateful.

Honestly, after ordering THEN reading the bad comments afterwards I wasn't sure what I'd be getting. Whoo!!!!!!!!!! Once I got my shades, both pair (prescription btw) were PERFECT. I would recommend these cats to anybody. My shades are FIRE.
