I ordered 2 pair of glasses (one pair for everyday and the others are sunglasses). When they arrived, the one pair did not fit right (the end of the temples cut into my head) and I couldn't get them adjusted right. One phone call and they offered to replace them for almost free!?! And that's what I did. My replacement pair arrived about a week ago and I'm so happy with these. No complaints. I will be ordering again and telling others about Glasses Shop!!!

Prior to ordering my glasses I had lost my previous pair which I NEED daily And then I feel it took unnecessarily long(it took nearly 2 weeks to even ship out) after I had paid $25.00 extra for expedited shipping

Great Experience. Received exactly what I ordered. Fit perfect. The prescription was perfect. I truly don't ever see myself getting eyeglasses in a store again. If its your first time ordering eyeglasses online....DO IT.
