Easy to use, quick service. Even though the frames were too large for me, customer service was easy to work with. The RX was perfect, and I plan to order another set of frames from them soon

Better than I expected

Generous discount, Excellent communication. Speedy delivery. I chose this company since they have the most fashionable frames online at a reasonable price. The glasses were shipped from China, where I assume the majority of eyeglasses are processed. I see very good with them.

Absolutely incredible service, I accidentally ordered the wrong prescription because I put it in incorrectly and the folks at glassesshop.com helped me adjust my prescription to the right prescription and also replaced it for only the cost of shipping!

After spending 3 hours and several phone calls on making sure I did the order correctly, I received glasses that are completely useless. After sending an email an email 11 days after ordering asking if I could cancel, they said it had already been processed. I paid for expedited shipping. During that 11 days I contacted them via online chat to inquire about when the glasses would arrive. I received the glasses 17 days after ordering. When I emailed to say the glasses are useless, they asked for my prescription. Why would they not ask for the prescription prior to or during my numerous call concerning placing the correct order. Clearly, if you can not send them the pr4escription at the time of order, and they ask for after, this must be a scam

Shipped quick and the glasses are beautifully made.

I ordered my glasses and paid an extra $30 for the fast shipping. I did not receive my glasses for 3 weeks! They did not notify me at all! I had to call the shipping company and was placed on hold for 45 minutes only for them to say they are gonna call me be, once they figure out why it hasn’t been sent. They DID NOT call me back! I do not recommend any body ever get your glasses through them!
