After checking local optical shops, I did internet searches. I found exactly the style frames I wanted and used the scale provided to get the proper alignment for prescription bifocals. How ever one pair was on the smaller side which they worked with me an gave me a great deal, on fixing the issue!!! The customer service Rocks!!!! There were quick, polite and all around awesome. Got my first pair free just paid $5 for the non reflective layer and shipping and handling turned out to $15! Cant beat that! Arrived in about 1 week and my glasses are awesome. Great value.

GlassesShop.com advertises "30 Day Free Return & Exchange" in each listing but they refused to honor it. I have spent hours trying to reach customer service by phone but couldn't reach a human being. I finally reached someone via chat but she didn't want to answer my question directly as to why they can't honor what they advertise. And she refused to provide return shipping label and advised me that I would be responsible for the return shipping + original shipping cost which was free since my purchase was over a certain amount. There are many complaints on BBB.org and I regret I didn't check beforehand. Stay away from this dishonest vendor if you don't want this kind of frustration.
