glassesshop.com gives the perception they are a US company however they are not. Their "lab" and their products are ordered and made overseas. They are not a US company! They list a US address, their website gives the impression they are located in MI and provided this to me as their address: 30150 Telegraph Rd, Suite 372, Bingham Farms, MI, 48025 and phone number as 248.686.2625 however I called and the number isn't in service. The fact that they present themselves as a US company when in fact their eyeglass lab and products are ordered and made overseas is deceitful marketing. No where on their website do they mention anything about overseas, only they are located in MI. They denied it until in two chat sessions did an "agent" confirm their "lab and products" were overseas and indeed not in the USA. I may love my glasses when they arrive; however, deceitful practices do not make this a 5-star company.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from GlassesShop because getting a second pair of glasses through my optometrist would have cost almost $200. I spent a lot less and received a really nice pair of shades. They look as good as the ones I tried at my optometrist's office and the prescription was perfect.

I am SO happy with my prescription sunglasses!! Customer service is great also. I had the wrong prescription down and they thought it was a little off so immediately they emailed me and questioned it. It was my fault I did the wrong prescription. Got it fixed then a couple weeks I got my glasses. And couldn't be happier!!!
