I received the glasses a few days ago. I was excited to wear them but the excitement was short lived. As soon as i wore them my vision became blurred. Now I am left with glasses which are useless. It seems that there is no quality assurance. I wanted to give zero star but I have no choice. I will not recommend any one to buy glasses from glassesshop.com Wastage of money

My first pair of glasses and the plastic case they were shipped in arrived crushed and unwearable. The lenses were salvageable so they sent replacement frames. Unfortunately the lenses I ordered featured their photochromic treatment and barely darkened in direct sunlight, maybe 10-15%. What disappointed me was that the customer service person suggested that the degree of shading was acceptable based on my photos. I was about to return the glasses for a refund but then remembered they also offered Transistions-treated lenses. I asked if they felt the Transitions lenses would deliver the darkness I was desiring. Their solution was to replace my first pair of glasses with a new complete pair with Transitions lenses and all I'd have to pay is shipping. My 4 star review is because of this very reasonable solution. Based on the wording of their emails and their unwillingness to talk to me on the phone, I'm guessing it's not an English-speaking company... or they outsource their customer service

The glasses I get from here are always well crafted and exactly how I pictured them. They have a good selection of styles and shapes that many other shops don’t cary. I personally look best in something with a bit of a cat eye, and they cary a lot of options. They do a great job filtering by size, shape, color and more. Browsing can be a bit frustrating as they display each color as it’s own listing so it can be hard to tell what you’ve already seen. Once you click on the frames you can view all the color options.
