I just recently bought 2 pair of eyeglasses. They are progressive and have a Prism. These are the best glasses that I HAVE EVER OWNED OR WORN!! Quality and workmanship are excellent!. I have been wearing eyeglasses for 40 years, so I know a good pair of glasses and GlassesShop is the place to go!! I will never go anywhere else. Give them a try!! You will not be disappointed. UPDATE!!! 1day later I went on GlassesShop to order a 3rd pair of glasses!! I filled out all proper areas and then added to the Cart. Then went to Checkout. Checkout said use" BRIGHT30" for 30% discount. I added that and clicked on "APPLY" and nothing happened. I Clicked 2 more times and nothing. I then went to X of Checkout and another window popped up and said "Don't Go"!....use EYE35 to get 35% discount. What a surprise!. I then entered EYE35 and clicked APPLY and it would not allow the discount. I emailed Customer Service and explained what happened and that I really wanted the eyeglasses and would they honor the discount. They emailed me back and said that the Glasses only allowed a 20% discount. I emailed them back saying they should honor the discount shown to me. I never heard back from Customer Service. So I am assuming they will not HONOR the discount shown to me. Not a good look for GlasseShop!! Very disappointing

They sent me a pair and they didn’t not work for. So they redid them and all I had to pay for was shipping.

My order was filled timely. One of the pair of glasses was great and one was just not comfortable. I requested a return for another pair. The response was great and very reasonable. I have ordered glasses from other companies, but GlassesShop is top notch. I made a good decision on the purchase.

This is my second time ordering from GlassesShop. I was always afraid to order glasses online, but I am so glad I did. I got 2 pairs for a little over what I had to pay just for no line bifocals from the place I got my Rx from! Not only did they help me fix a mistake that was not theirs when my mail got mixed up and my packages all got returned to sender. After they fixed that I got my order and they helped me fix another problem that they did not make when I ordered the wrong color frames.
