My progressive lenses needed to be remade because the standard seg height didn’t match my eyes. I didn’t know because I hadn’t seen any place to enter seg height on the initial order. GlassesShop told me how to find my seg height and how to reorder the glasses. It cost me an extra $6 for shipping.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I ordered a pair of glasses and the lenses were not right . I brought them to my Opthamologist and had them checked. I was promised. I contacted them and they refused to give me a full refund. They promised a 50% refund so I ordered another pair. I figured people make mistakes and decided to give them another try. The second pair was far WORSE than the first pair. I NEVER got the refund for the first pair either! I AM livid ! I have eye disease and am reliant on my glasses to see properly, now I have to wait AGAIN to order a new pair ( and it won’t be from them ) I will report them to the Better Business Bureau now. I wonder how many others they have done this to?

Love the frames and the prescription is correct but the blue light frames (+9) are so easily smudged I am forever cleaning them.

I couldn’t be happier with my new progressive glasses. The frames are excellent quality and the lenses are bang on. As soon as I put them on I knew they were good. I didn’t have the break in period I’ve experienced in the past with other glasses, these were perfect from the get go. Even if I had paid twice as much I’d still be blown away.
