Fast affordable and work fantastic

Prompt service, lenses are perfect. my only complaint is the colors shown on web site, are not always the color you receive.. The colors are always darker when received, than those shown on the Web site.. So consequently when I receive them and put them on, they always look darker then the ones pictured, that is discouraging.. I have some I probably will never wear due to that feature.. Kind of too late to send them back now.. I have noticed this is a trend with many of the glasses I chose.. Disappointing? Yes.

GlassesShop made it extremely easy and affordable on purchasing a pair of new prescription eyewear. I made the 400 dollar mistake going into Eyeglass World. Never again. In less than 20 minutes I had a pair of glasses ordered and for less than 40 dollars. Upon receiving it turned out they were better than my other pair from the store. Highly recommended.

I'm not happy with them. The Right lens is not properly set in. I showed them with an attached photo. They also look brown, not black or grey. I ordered Black sunglasses. I wanted a 100% refund. Their return policy (fine print) will only return 50% of the cost of the order...if you're not happy and wish to return them. (Hardline-No exceptions.) Regardless of wether they are in the wrong or not. Wrong color...and low quality workmanship. I'm out the shipping and handling charges both too and fro. Very disappointing. I wish I could post pictures but am unable too. I called the customer service line 3 times. They simply don't answer the phone. You can leave a message as I have done. (Detailed message) They do not call back to discuss anything. They only correspond through emails. The response to me was... "Thank you for contacting us. Great prices afforded me two different pairs of great specs.

Waiting for glasses in the mail is terrible for someone who likes instant gratification but it's worth the savings. Very inexpensive compared to local optometrists and eyeglass stores. The glasses came in a reasonable time and are exactly what I needed. I'm wearing them at my computer and because they are "computer distance" bifocals, I can see the screen and keyboard with equal clarity. Just what I needed.

I was able to find the exact frames that I have wanted for years that optometrist dont carry, and the price was very reasonable, though I did have to go to a optometrist for right fitting because they did keep slipping.

Great site, I ordered a pair of glasses and had a problem with my prescription. They fixed the issue and redid the glasses. It was very easy. Would definitely buy again.
