I recently ordered prescription glasses with nose pads that hurt my face. I was able to message a Rep on the company Chat who immediately helped me with my return AND I only had to pay a small shipping fee to get a whole new pair of glasses. The customer support was excellent and I will continue to tell my friends and family how great this company is!

I paid over $100 for a pair of prescription glasses from GlassesShop. In less than 10 days the arm broke off. The rude customer service rep required a detailed encounter and 3 pics proving they were broken before agreeing to send me replacement frames that I would have to “pop” my lenses in to. Before they even mailed the new frames my glasses broke again! This time it was the part that holds the left lens. Customer service response was a rude that’s not our problem. I had to superglue the frames around the lens and have yet to receive replacement frame. I have readers that I purchased at the dollar tree store that are more durable than these cheap glasses.

I did have a problem with 1st pair of Rx sunglasses I ordered. I lens didn't fit info the frame correctly. When I complained, the company offered a full refund or replacement. I received my replacement promptly and was very pleased with them. I would definitely buy from Glasses Shop again!

Frames were as expected. One pair (I did a bogo deal!) weren't quite the color I wanted them to be so I was able to get those replaced very easily. The Laura frames in crystal are GORGEOUS!
