GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

The glasses are great, although bigger than I wanted. Description says mid size while the lenses are quite large. It would be smart to get them to buyers a lot quicker . Someone who needs glasses is hard put to wait almost three weeks without having a spare pair. Prescription is perfect. Thank you very much

Prescription matched and glasses are in good condition when received and fit well (not bent disproportionately). Good experience as a first time customer.

The online order was friendly to handle and the great, courteous customer service, as I requested assistance. The sales and prices provided are reasonable and affordable.

Tracking for my order on usps website said it was mailed with counterfeit postage. Glasses shop had many excuses for this including they were hacked or simply my order was lost in transit. I was told multiple times I would be receiving a refund. I ordered new glasses with another company due to this issue. After several requests of comformation of the refund I was told my refund would not be issued and that the order was delivered, which it wasn’t. Customer service is almost non existent. You have to wait on Chat for hours or leave and they respond to an email so you don’t even get direct contact with anyone and no one answers the phone. Awful company. Their response to my Review seems all fine and great but they are still not refunding my money. They said there was an error processing the refund and when I finally did as they asked and went out of my way to create a PayPal account for refund no refund was provided at again. They said maybe they never got my money at all.

Needed assistance with a return. No one answered the phone after 3 calls.

After receiving my order my glasses were just not right, fit was all wrong and were very flimsy for my liking... after a quick response from GlassesShop, they creditied my account which allowed me to order new pairs of glasses, I didn't even have to send the original ones back! I love these new glasses!! Repeat customer for two years.

First online glasses purchase. Ordered Progressive glasses and sunglasses in BOGO deal. They are both great on the first try and what a deal! Will order from here again for sure!

This is my second time ordering from Glasseshop.com, and they are amazing. I absolutely love how their are multiple stylish options to pick from. The prices are unbelievably affordable and I love the variety they offer. I ordered 5 pair's of glasses. 3 progressive and 2 readers along with some cases. I also recommended Glasseshop.com to my mother, we are so happy with our purchases. It cost me much cheaper than other sites that I was looking at. It does take a while for the glasses to arrive, but I don't mind waiting, because good things take time. I will definitely purchase glasses from Glasseshop.com again. Thank you so much💕
