Great product at a really good price however it was a little bit longer in processing and shipping times then I had expected initially but the minor inconvenience was well worth it. I wish the shipping times were more readily available and easier to find on the website when ordering however when I reached out to customer service they were very helpful and were spot on with being able to give me an idea of when my glasses would arrive and once I was able to find their estimated time charts for when things would arrive depending on what you had ordered, it was spot on! So all things considered, it was a great experience for ordering glasses online for my very first time. I will definitely do it again and would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

While it can be challenging ordering glasses online, glassesshop.com did a fine job of meeting those challenges and resolving any questions or concerns that I had.

My glasses fit great and are super comfortable.

Unfortunately I ordered a pair of glasses only to receive them and the lenses were not my prescription. I was not able to get a refund but was given credits to get another pair. Only to order the same pair again because I like them so much in hopes it would be correct this time, well I still had an out-of-pocket cost and the second pair of glasses we're also messed up lenses. Waste of time and money EDIT based on their response. Yes I got a new prescription and both times I was unable to see out of the lenses in these frames, it sounds like a lens issue. Has nothing to do with my prescription changing. I use the same prescription to order from I buy direct like I normally do and got great glasses as per usual, will continue buying there

These glasses took a month and frankly not great just good

I was nervous about ordering prescription glasses online. But they are perfect and the price was amazing. Will order again next year when it's time for next exam.
