There is a lot of inventory to choose from, with a lot of details for each product. This helps make it easier to choose. Prices are more affordable than other online glasses shops as well.

I lost my prescription glasses on a flight and decided to get new ones from Glasses Shop. The process was fairly easy and I found not 1 but 2 pair of glasses for a decent price. I ordered and waited patiently for the new glasses to come. Here’s where the problems started. I got the new glasses fairly quickly but they weren’t mine. They were someone else’s. I reached out to find out how to get the ones I ordered and return the ones that didn’t belong to me. I went around in circles with customer service for 4 days and finally was told they would send me my original order. But here’s the kicker, the glasses that aren’t mine, they didn’t care about whether the rightful owner got them. I was told by customer and by email to either trash, donate, or keep them. I don’t want them! They’re prescription glasses that belongs to someone else; I’m sure that person wants their glasses. To say the least, I don’t think I’ll order anything from Glasses Shop again.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you. However, we want to say, your new order is now being processed and you could expect a delivery very soon via expedited service. Also, regarding the wrong pair of glasses, you do not need to send them back to avoid any further inconvenience to you. We will re-process a correct order for the owner too, just like your case. So please do not worry. You can just donate the glasses to the person in needs if you wish. Hope for your understanding on this matter.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses for the first time from them. 2 glasses and 1 sunglasses, all three are good quality and for 3 pairs I spent what I would have on 1 pair in a box store. They have deals going on all the time too, I was able to use a BOGO deal on mine.
