I've been ordering glasses for years…
I've been ordering glasses for years through them. I highly recommend. Their customer service is also really great. The glasses are also really good quality and you cant beat their prices!

Buy your glasses somewhere else, don't trust these ID10Ts!
I will never buy from this crap company again. I ordered 2 pair, (BOGO), one pair is blue and the other is gunmetal. GlassesShop sent both pair blue. And then wanted me to go around my elbow to get to my backside to fix the issue. I paid nearly $200 for these glasses and they want me to fix the issue. Not this time!

We've checked our emails communication and we've offered you a free replacement frame only with screw to you so you just need to insert your existing lenses into the new frame on your own, which is quite easy to conduct. Or if you're not comfortable with doing this on your own, we could process a full refund of the frame cost to you as compensation. One of our agents will reach out to you via email to confirm decision with you. Will you please recheck and feedback to us with your decision, so we could help resolve the issue for you?
