The customer service was amazing when I had a question about my order. I received my order earlier then the expected time frame. The quality of the frames I ordered is better than at the eye doctors. I will be definitely be ordering from here again

5 stars!!! If I could give it more I would. First off, I ordered the wrong shade for my sunglasses, I placed an order for the right ones & called them the next day, explained why I needed a return label. The girl I spoke to was so sweet & nice, great customer service! She said I could keep them & they would send me a new pair (the correct ones) which was not their fault at all it was mine. I told her I already placed an order for the right ones, she said ok keep these and we will credit your account so you can get another pair. So I got a free pair of glasses, & credit! The best customer service. Second, the prescription is on POINT. As soon as I put them on my eyes adjusted immediately. I usually shop at eye buy direct, & I had just got my new prescription from eye buy direct a weeek before I got the sunglasses from glasses shop, my eyes still can’t adjust to the ones from eye buy direct. Not to mention they raised their prices. I found the same exact frames here on glasses shop for cheaper! Overall i have been telling everyone about this website. LOVEEEE IT. Also I love that they offer the first time customer coupons!

Very bad quality prescription glasses, I got two pairs and one came with bad graduation and the other one with very bad frame quality, so after I used it for two weeks the frame is very loose that continually fall down to the floor and one glass is also loose,
