My go to company for affordable and fast lenses so I don’t have to mess with going to the store and buying crazy expensive frames and lenses.

My glasses were made perfectly. They were shipped promptly. Price for transitional and progressive lenses were the best price ever. Definitely will buy from them again.

Product and the price are good. Customer service is where the company falls short. You're on hold forever when you call and you're lucky if someone ever answers the phone. When they answer, which is rare, they are ill-informed. This is the glaring difference between this company and a company like Zenni. They also need improvement in replying emails. I hope they can improve in the customer service aspect of their business.

I love getting my eyeglasses from GlassesShop.com. My prescription has been changing a lot since I had cataract surgeries and I love the low price that I can get new glasses for. I also love the selection of lightweight glasses available. I always get compliments on the eyeglasses I get from GlassesShop.com
