I use the customizable search to only look at the glasses that are my size but when I would click on the glasses they would not be the correct size.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that the new glasses do not fit you very well. But we see that our team has helped you with your return. Also, we want to clarify that except for the size, you may please try to view the detailed dimension of the frame by clicking "Size Guide" and compare to your old-fit glasses to determine whether they will fit or not. Or you could use our home try-on feature on our site here: https://www.glassesshop.com/free-home-try-on to try them on at your home first before you make your purchase. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

It was so easy to put in my prescription while ordering glasses and I was able to get a great deal on them! My only struggle was choosing what style to get as there are so many to choose from. I’m am impressed by the quality of the materials the glasses are made of; they feel comfortable and strong so I know they will last for a long time. The shipping was faster than I expected and my prescription feels correct so I didn’t have to return anything to get what I needed. Overall the experience was much better than I expected and will definitely recommend this site to others looking for great deals and cute styles.

The site is super easy to navigate. I love my glasses. I do kind wish I had selected the anti-glare option because the so make a big difference. Is super easy to switch from the sunglasses to regular glasses. I mainly use them to see from a far and at night. I have recommending them to my friends!

The return policy for this company is a joke, you can get points for the money you spent so you can spend more money on their cheap glasses. They don’t want to fix the problem. Or you can get a 50% refund if you return the glasses. Obviously these people are price gouging because how are the glasses only worth 50% of what I paid for them? Ridiculous. Now I’m stuck with glasses I do not want or like and out of the money I spent on them as well. Do not buy glasses from these people.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you. But we want to clarify that the eyeglasses are custom-made products to your prescription and lens options, which could not be resold anymore. Therefore, we only provide a 50% refund of your glasses excluding shipping to you if there's no manufacturer error on the glasses. Also, we did state this already in our return policy. Concerning your case, one of our agents will reach out to you through email and resolve the issue for you. Please check and feedback to us as soon as possible. Much appreciate your support on this matter.
