Perfect fit

Prices and shipping time is very good. However, customer service needs a lot of improvement! Recently, I was trying to make a purchase using a 2 for 1 offer. The final invoice was incorrect. I tried to get help to correct this invoice but was unsuccessful. I had to re-enter this order for each eyeglass to make the purchases. It took over a week to complete this purchase. More recently, I had to re-order (Order #2951540161) a pair of glasses because of an incorrect prescription. Unfortunately, I received sunglasses that I never ordered. I complained to customer service but they refused to correct this order. Again, poor customer service. The original order was not sunglasses. Thus, the re-order should not be sunglasses very disappointed!

UPDATE: CS was helpful with my issue (to a certain extent) & i’m hoping to order another pair of glasses there soon, to take place of the one that didn't work out. i think they could use a wider assortment of frames, especially the popular plastic types that are solid color on top & crystal/clear on the bottom. It took longer to get my order, but that's not the issue here. i ordered buy one-get one, after using their "view online" option (actually there were 2 different ways of checking how they looked, but many only had one option, & some had no way at all). i got the glasses, & the sunglasses were fine, but those were done as bifocals with line (& gradient color). the progressive lenses, on the other hand, won't work. if i look straight on - like you normally would - things are blurry. i can only see clearly out of them if i tilt my head downward, which is completely unnatural. i didn't know i'd have to spend $ sending them back or only getting a portion as a refund. i'd really hoped these would work, as they - measurement wise (& appearance wise thru their website) - seemed like they'd be perfect. but besides the progressive pair being made wrong somehow, the glasses are larger on my face than they looked online, which is also a problem. *shrugs*

They were very accommodating on so many levels. Lots of communication with a great outcome. Reasonable prices and excellent product.
