The glasses were promptly received and were good quality glasses. One pair I did not like and customer service was excellent. I will continue to order from GlassShop

I posted a review Jan 2023 after being thrilled with my experience and sunglasses I received (and have since ordered 3 more pairs between me and my husband - glasses and sunglasses for him, and transition glasses for myself. For some reason I received an email from TrustPilot that my review couldn't be verified and was removed? Maybe I put the date received rather than the date ordered? But my experiences have been so positive that I am going to try again. This time I'll keep it shorter - just that after being leery about ordering online, doing research on the company that had the best prices WITH the best return policies, I chose glassesshop.com. For the 4 pairs we bought this year, we have been very happy, and they all totalled the same we would have payed locally even with insurance.

I tried calling the phone number for Days. A recording would answer in then it would ring and ring and ring nothing. Because of this I had to order online. The glasses came all blurry. I put in to get a credit because my neighbor did not want to try again. All they offered was credited for another pair plus I have to pay another $5.95 for shipping. Gave it a high rating because when I did go on the internet with my complaint they did respond right away. That to me is very important. I worked in customer service all my life and I'm 79 years old this week. I am guessing on the date. For the question below. I was ordering from my neighbor but I paid with my credit card.
